Indian (Ayurvedic) Head Massage (IHM / Shirobhyanga)

This treatment is ideal if you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or mentally fatigued. It gently brings your body and mind back into balance, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and uplifted.
Using carefully selected Ayurvedic oils tailored to your body type, this massage nourishes the scalp, supports healthy hair and skin, and stimulates natural circulation throughout the body.
Session Details:
• Duration: 60–90 minutes (includes pre-consultation)
• Please allow some quiet time after your session, as you may feel deeply relaxed or sleepy
Aftercare:
Please stay well hydrated before and after your session.
We also recommend enjoying a warm bath or shower in the evening using the bath salts provided.

Payment in cash is due following a treatment. As we work so specialized with our clients and certain set up is required for treatments a last minute cancellation must be paid. 24-hours ahead cancellation notice is required. Otherwise full treatment fees charged.
